La naiba, sunt mult prea stresata! S-au adunat prea multe in zilele care urmeaza… Atat de multe incat in fiecare noapte am un cosmar diferit despre ceva ce ar putea merge prost! Si eu n-am cosmaruri in general… like.. ever! Deci, hai sa vedem ce putem face sa luptam cu stresul. Pe google… Am ales la intamplare unul din rezultate, care parea mai structurat, si vreau sa vad ce
reguli respect si ce nu.
